Dalma Capital Management Limited alerts the financial services community and members of the public about an apparently fraudulent scheme in which Dalma Capital is being impersonated without any authorization.

GRAHAM TRUST of FIDUCIARY EXCHANGE FUND INC of 108 WEST 13 ST Wilmington, DE 19801 USA United States of America has impersonated Dalma Capital on a website https://grahamtrust.com/, on which they have illegally used Dalma Capital's logos, members of Dalma Capital's team, Dalma Capital's license number and other plagiarized content.

For the avoidance of doubt, Dalma Capital has no affiliation or connection whatsoever to Graham Trust and was not aware of its existence until 27th October, 2020 - the date of this alert.

Dalma Capital strongly advises that you do not respond to the perpetrators of this apparent scam, under no circumstances should you send or give any money to any party in connection to Graham Trust of Fiduciary Exchange Fund Inc while it continues to impersonate Dalma Capital.
