Howard was previously Senior Managing Director for the entire group of Argent Companies and McMahan Securities LP, he was responsible for implementing Argent Financial Group's international hedge fund and investment banking operations by establishing a global structure, establishing offices, financial platforms and operational teams in the UK, India and Dubai. He achieved UK FSA licensing for Argent and they became the Dubai International Financial Centre's first Category 3 license holder. Howard also established the first DIFC domiciled Hedge Fund. He was involved in the commercial initiation of Hedge Fund rules reform in India through SEBI and established financial analyst platforms in India. Howard has held a Registered General Securities Principal (Series 24) and Representative (Series 7) with the US FINRA, and Licensed Partner and Authorized Individual status with the FSA and DFSA in relation to the operation of Hedge Funds. Howard is a former Royal Navy Commando Pilot and UK Special Forces Officer; he was twice decorated for gallantry by the order of the Queen. In 2003 he was invited by the US Government to accept a (post 9/11) senior advisory position constructing and commanding a night capable, heli-borne militia force on the Pakistan/Afghan border. He took a year out from the financial industry and became accredited by the Department of State as making the "single most important individual contribution" to border security in this infamous region. He is an accomplished author and has published a book recounting these exploits. Howard was educated in the UK and attained a Queen's commission from Britannia Royal Naval College in 1981. He graduated from Camberley Army Command and Staff College in 1994, he was the first British officer to take temporary command of a United States Marine Corps Squadron. Howard was recruited to Dalma Capital in 2013 and has led the Company through its Dubai FSA and Malta FSA regulatory approvals.

Zachary Cefaratti is Chief Operating Officer and principal founder of Dalma Capital Management Limited. He is the architect of AIMtech, which leverages leading edge virtualization technology and proprietary software developed in-house to deliver Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) to hedge and private equity funds and their clients. AIMtech enables Dalma Capital’s fund management platform to efficiently provide portfolio managers with institutional capabilities - fully integrating and centralizing the front, middle and back-office. Zachary has over 12 years’ professional experience in the financial services industry, having initially worked his way through his studies at Franklin University Switzerland, Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, London School of Economics and University of Pennsylvania while operating independent mortgage brokerage, merchant banking and insurance businesses from his dormitory. He began his search for alpha at age of 7, when he began trading bonds and equities in an effort to grow assets he earned as a childhood film and television actor. His efforts at Dalma Capital have been dedicated to creating a platform on which portfolio managers can efficiently generate Alpha in a challenging market environment by significantly reducing barriers to entry, time to market and operating costs without compromising the robust operational, regulatory, legal and technological infrastructure that institutions demand.

(the Investment Advisor of the Fund) with the aim of exploring the “breeding industry bonanza” in the South African Republic. Fernando serves as Executive Director with The Wildlife Consortium, a new division created in 2015 with the objective of capitalizing Specialized Exotic Breeders Pty. Ltd.'s business potential by structuring diversified financial vehicles in conjunction with specialized asset management groups.

Mishal Kanoo is a Director at Dalma Capital and Deputy Chairman of The Kanoo Group, one of the largest and most diverse family owned groups of companies in the Middle East. Mishal, a UAE national, is also CEO and Managing Director of AXA Gulf and Bahrain International Group services. He finished his schooling in Dubai and holds an MBA in finance from the University of St Thomas, Houston Texas. He started his professional experience with Arthur Andersen in Dubai as an Auditor before taking up his current position in 1997 with the Kanoo Group. The Kanoo Group has diversified interests including hedge funds, financial services, shipping, travel, machinery, logistics, oil & gas, ports, power, and chemicals. Mishal is the 4th generation to run the vast organisation at Kanoo Group. The firm is also known as a major hedge fund allocator. His stewardship over the family business has received plaudits for robust diversification and sound risk management practices, as Mr. Kanoo and his group of companies have sought to "Avoid the feast or famine" of cyclical investment. Mishal has a reputation as a futurist and strategist with a strong track record of forecasting economic developments in and around the Middle East.

Werner serves as the Chief Operating Officer for The Wildlife Consortium and Specialized Exotic Breeders Pty. Ltd (the Investment Advisor of the Fund). Werner has a 25-year experience in the game industry, where he started by acquiring his own property in Elisras at the Limpopo province during the 90's and by incorporating his own safari business "Phala Safaris" which was one of the top 10 safari alternatives for foreign tourists during the late 90's, generating a US$2.9m annual turnover. In 1999, Werner became involved in game capturing, allocation and management operations with the aim of maintaining the regional game population in equilibrium and developing a sustainable business operation.   During the same year, Werner founded one of the most prominent professional game keeping schools in the country, formalizing the process for practitioners in conjunction with the Department of Nature Conservation of South Africa. Werner is a former Major of the South African Police Force.

Prior to joining Dalma Capital as its DFSA approved Financial Officer, Amir Anwar gained international and regional experience as a Financial Controller and Financial Officer in the Aviation and Financial sectors, respectively. Amir began his eighteen year career as a finance professional as an external auditor for one of the big four global auditing firms (PwC) and from that foundation he enhanced his specialization in order to gain pivotal executive roles in government and non-government related entities in the UAE. Amir first became a Regulated Financial Officer in the Dubai International Financial Centre in 2008. He commenced his role as a financial controller with Dalma Capital in 2014 and was promoted upon merit to become Dalma’s Financial Officer in 2015.

Nick has worked in the financial markets sector his entire career. His specialty is interest rate and FX trading, and he has run trading desks at several major institutions. For the last ten years, he has been based in Dubai, most recently as Head of Trading at Elysium Global Dubai – a DIFC based family office. Previously Nick spent over nine years in the Treasury Department at Emirates NBD, during which time he ran the rates trading desk and then subsequently headed up a proprietary trading team.   Before moving to Dubai Nick was head of FX forward trading at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, responsible for both the London and NY trading books.  During this time, he qualified as an Investment Adviser, passing the Securities Institute Regulatory Paper. Prior to this Nick held senior trading positions with Standard Chartered, Bank of America and Nomura International. At Nomura he held an expanded role – being both head of forward trading and part of a three man proprietary trading team.   Nick began his career in 1991, joining UBS in their graduate recruitment program. His seven years with UBS included eighteen months working at head office in Zurich. He was a director the bank when he left in 1998.

A former in house lawyer to one of the worlds largest investment banks in London Sagheer moved to head the Capital Markets and Investment Banking team at Galadari & Associates, a blue blood power law firm renowned for advising Dubai Government and members of the Dubai ruling family. In a short space of time Sagheer successfully established his practice and his team as an internationally recognized group with not only very strong connections within the Middle East and Asia Pacific but worldwide, and in particular for continuing to net government deals. He was lead counsel for the Department of Civil Aviation, Government of Dubai on what was at the time the largest ever Islamic bond deal. The total project was in excess of $US4 billion used to fund the expansion of Dubai International Airport. Subsequently he was ranked as one of the leading lawyers in the world by reputable rating houses and earned his entry into Who’s Who Legal. In 2007 Sagheer established Praesidium LLP. Through consistent unrivaled service Praesidium has managed to build an elite portfolio of some of the most recognized and influential global names. In 2010 Sagheer successfully led the joint venture discussions with Tricor Global, a member of Bank of East Asia Group to create Tricor Praesidium. The Praesidium JV now has a combined resource capacity of over 1,400 staff across 23 offices in 12 countries. In addition to Praesidium, Sagheer has a number of other business interests and 2009 he created his own Private Equity company. He recently partnered up with Tower Group, a well heeled US Development firm to develop ultra luxury hotels around the world and created 12 Blues Hotels that he has tagged as being ‘third millennium products.’ In January 2010 Sagheer was featured in Millionaire Asia Magazine as someone to watch out for, where he was quoted as being the Next ‘Adrian Zecha’’ the legendary hotelier behind the ultra luxury Aman Resorts.

Nick has worked in the financial markets sector his entire career. His specialty is interest rate and FX trading, and he has run trading desks at several major institutions. For the last ten years, he has been based in Dubai, most recently as Head of Trading at Elysium Global Dubai – a DIFC based family office. Previously Nick spent over nine years in the Treasury Department at Emirates NBD, during which time he ran the rates trading desk and then subsequently headed up a proprietary trading team.   Before moving to Dubai Nick was head of FX forward trading at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, responsible for both the London and NY trading books.  During this time, he qualified as an Investment Adviser, passing the Securities Institute Regulatory Paper. Prior to this Nick held senior trading positions with Standard Chartered, Bank of America and Nomura International. At Nomura he held an expanded role – being both head of forward trading and part of a three man proprietary trading team.   Nick began his career in 1991, joining UBS in their graduate recruitment program. His seven years with UBS included eighteen months working at head office in Zurich. He was a director the bank when he left in 1998.
