The Fund’s primary objective is to create value for its shareholders by pro table operating performance and expansion of a fleet through selective second hand distressed acquisitions and subsequent trading and ultimately the timely disposal of these ships.

The Fund strategy is to maintain moderate leverage and relatively high levels of liquidity to be able to sustain market troughs and maximize investment opportunities in anticipation of a rising market following a counter cyclical investment strategy.

A disciplined process of timely acquisitions and disposal of ships based on a risk return criteria and fundamental sector analysis.

All ship acquisitions will be carefully selected for their medium/long term income operating potential. The portfolio will be composed to maximize the risk adjusted return opportunities through an appropriate level of diversification.

Well-times entry relative to the market circle and operators performance are the most important factors in a successful shipping investment, Management (Fund Manager).

The management team consists of a highly experienced group of shipping professional with extensive structuring and technical expertise.
